Three Way Reporting (Parent Teacher Interviews)

Three Way Reporting occurs once each semester, usually Term 1 and Term 3.  This provides an opportunity for students, parents and teachers to discuss the academic and social/emotional goals and progress of each child.  These 15 minute interviews are conducted face to face in classrooms and the student is encouraged to attend.  Bookings are taken via the online platform 'School Interviews'.  Information regarding times and how to book will be sent through email and the fortnightly school newsletter.

We are now using an online service called Schoolzine for our parent teacher interviews.

Class Newsletters

Class newsletters are uploaded to our website at the beginning of each term.  These newsletters include an overview of the learning to be undertaken and special dates, events and specialist lesson days for each class.

Get To Know You Sessions

At the beginning of each new school year, we hold parent information sessions.  This gives families a chance to meet their child's teacher, see the classroom and get an overview of the year ahead.  This will include a breakdown of concepts covered in each learning area, upcoming excursions/incursions and classroom expectations around behaviour, homework, routines etc.

Phone, Email and Face to Face

Teachers are always more than happy to discuss your child and their progress.  Feel free to utilise both email and phone when communicating with teachers.  If you wish to organise a face to face meeting, please contact your child's teacher via phone or email to find a time that suits you both outside learning time.
